2.1. All appointments must be booked in advance either through our online booking system, over the phone, or in person.
2.2. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
2.3. Any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
3.1. Prior to any treatment, you will undergo a consultation with one of our qualified practitioners to assess your suitability for the chosen procedure.
3.2. The practitioner will discuss the risks, benefits, and expected outcomes of the treatment during the consultation.
3.3. You must provide accurate and honest information about your medical history, allergies, medications, and any other relevant details during the consultation.
4.1. Before undergoing any treatment, you will be required to sign a consent form indicating that you understand the nature of the treatment, its potential risks, and agree to proceed with it voluntarily.
5.1. Payment for treatments is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
5.2. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Care Credit.
6.1. Refunds will only be provided in accordance with our refund policy, which may vary depending on the nature of the treatment and other factors.
6.2. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the results of a treatment, unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
7.1. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and medical records in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
7.2. Your information will only be shared with third parties with your explicit consent or as required by law.
